Trevor Dayley is this amazing photographer who I met through Showiteers and his work wows me every single time! When he announced he was coming to San Diego and looking to get a few family photos done - I raised my hand (virtually through facebook) me! me! me! Then when all was said and done.... I stared at my computer in a daze... what did I just get myself into??! This huge amount of pressure planted itself right in my gut! We met at the beautiful Torrey Pines beach. He greeted me with an incredible hug and the pressure slowly disappeared. We chatted about photography, shared a few thoughts about the shoot and let the day flow.

Modern Postcards were the first to create my tri-fold business cards and man oh man did I get the best compliments on them! So when I got the call to use one of my images for their upcoming promo ad, I immediately jumped at the chance! Antonio – you’re a star!

I have been journaling since I was a teenager... these days its less about a boy and more about me. I plan my year out in a pretty notebook, jot down daily musings, Kaili ramblings, etc... and typically in my crazy unorganized life... many notebooks will have been started throughout the year and typically I will have torn all these pages out to stick them in one notebook - typically. This year I plan on writing my entire business year/personal/goals/to do's in one notebook - a pretty one I found at Crate and Barrel. I find myself not knowing where to start... should I get tabs... should I color code the different areas...over analyzing the "organization" of my one notebook. This notebook has been blank for over two months. Today, I decided... to just write.
