This post is two parts... First to talk about this delicious spicy yummy hot sauce :) A friend of mine brought this back for me from Guam and I wasn't as thrilled to get this as I was to get my coveted dinachi. However, when I added a few dashes of Rotabasco over my corn on the cob.... it was on! I've been using it on everything from ichiban to mixing it with my dinner. A splash here... a splash there.... yeah baby!
Second - I was asked to photograph 'hot sauce' to accompany the jalapeño photo I have on Etsy. How could I not do a photo of my new favorite staple at dinner time!
