A beautiful session at Ponto Beach

We met up at Ponto Beach in Carlsbad for an early morning session today. He was all smiles and such a friendly little guy. June gloom didn't stop him from having the time of his life!

We met at their home for a family session. I just have to say... I love.love.love family sessions at home. They had this amazing field, a playground and chickens! The kids were so much fun and it didn't take long before they were treating me like an old friend. As I was working on the assignment of the week - Motion, my creative juices were at a road block and frankly it was kinda pissing me off. I knew what I envisioned in my mind but it wasn't coming through on my screen... and then... the lovely world of digital, I stepped out of my comfort zone and went a bit crazy on the contrast.
